Third-year students are completing their first teaching internship in Ulan-Ude schools. This year, 22 interns are participating: 11 students from Mongolia and 11 Russian students.
The internship runs from February 9 to March 10. During this time, the future teachers experience teaching: conducting classes, interacting with students, and gaining their first real-world experience working in a school.
Despite some nervousness before their first lessons, the students quickly found common ground with the children. The students actively participate in the lessons and interact enthusiastically with the young teachers. Many students have already developed a genuine affection for the interns, and some have even received small gifts from them as a memento.
The teachers supervising the internship also praised the students' work, noting their responsibility, interest, and ability to connect with children. According to the teachers, the future specialists are already showing good results during the first stage of their professional training.
The first teaching internship is an important step on the path to becoming a teacher. It helps students apply their knowledge in practice, experience the atmosphere of school life, and take their first confident steps in teaching. It's safe to say that the university prepares strong and inspired education professionals.
