Minister of Education of Mongolia: Our Country is Ready to Host the Second Forum of Russian and Mongolian University Rectors

The participants of the event discussed the resolution of the forum of rectors from Russian and Mongolian universities during the plenary session. One of the proposals from representatives of Buryatia’s universities was the creation of an international association of universities from the two countries.

The Minister of Education of Mongolia, Purevsurenghiin Naranbayar, noted that Mongolia is ready for further cooperation and plans to host the second rectors' forum.

"Our universities are discussing opportunities for joint research, the creation of joint educational programs, as well as the exchange of teachers and students. I am confident that this forum will continue in the future. We propose to organize the second rectors' forum in Mongolia, in Darkhan-Uul Province. I firmly believe that this forum will become a symbol of our friendship, a bridge of mutual understanding and trust," said Mr. Purevsurenghiin Naranbayar.

The Head of Buryatia, Alexey Tsydenov, emphasized that such initiatives will contribute to the development of relations between Russia and Mongolia in the fields of science and education.
