Vice-president of Mongolian Academy of sciences T. Dorzh, director of the International Relations Institute at Mongolian Academy of sciences D. Shurhuu, director of Political Research at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Mongolia Ts. Batbayar, councilor of the Department of Neighboring countries at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Mongolia A.
