The Memorandum of Understanding with the Department of English exams, Cambridge University, was signed at the Academic Council of Buryat State University on Jan. 30, 2014 by Professor Stepan Kalmykov, BSU Rector.
The universities are going to cooperate to improve the educational quality standards in Teaching English as a Foreign Language in compliance with international requirements and to prepare the students of Buryat State University for examinations in Cambridge English Language Assessment.
