Application Documents

Application documents to be submitted:

1. An original plus a copy of the applicant's identity document (notarized translation into Russian).
2. An original of the National Certificate of Education with the official transcript (list of the subjects learnt with the number of academic hours and grades). OR an original document issued by a foreign state of the education level achieved and/or qualification, which is recognized in the Russian Federation as the National Certificate of Education (or its duly certified copy). OR in the case provided by the Russian Federation laws, a copy of the certificate of recognition for such a document.
3. A certified as required Russian translation of the education certificate issued by a foreign state with a transcript.
4. 2 photos 3x4 cm.
5. The National Russian Language Testing Certificate issued by a center for Russian language testing for foreign citizens - if available.
6. A copy of a medical certificate for the applicant's fitness to receive education in the Russian Federation (certificate of the HIV and AIDS-negative status), issued by the country's official body (a notarized translation into Russian). A copy of the HIV and AIDS-negative status medical certificate issued by the official body of the applicant's country of residence.
7. Compatriots living abroad must provide copies of documents or other evidence confirming the identity of a compatriot living abroad, whose status is determined by the 99-FZ Federal Law of May 24, 1999 "On the Russian Federation State Policy in relation to compatriots residing abroad".
