Application Documents
Application documents to be submitted:
- An original plus a copy of the applicant's identity document (notarized translation into Russian).
- An original of the National Certificate of Education with the official transcript (list of the subjects learnt with the number of academic hours and grades). OR an original document issued by a foreign state of the education level achieved and/or qualification, which is recognized in the Russian Federation as the National Certificate of Education (or its duly certified copy). OR in the case provided by the Russian Federation laws, a copy of the certificate of recognition for such a document.
- A certified as required Russian translation of the education certificate issued by a foreign state with a transcript.
- 2 photos 3x4 cm.
- The National Russian Language Testing Certificate issued by a center for Russian language testing for foreign citizens - if available.
- A copy of a medical certificate for the applicant's fitness to receive education in the Russian Federation (certificate of the HIV and AIDS-negative status), issued by the country's official body (a notarized translation into Russian). A copy of the HIV and AIDS-negative status medical certificate issued by the official body of the applicant's country of residence.
- Compatriots living abroad must provide copies of documents or other evidence confirming the identity of a compatriot living abroad, whose status is determined by the 99-FZ Federal Law of May 24, 1999 "On the Russian Federation State Policy in relation to compatriots residing abroad".
